Kindness Clips are hand-decorated clothespins, each uniquely designed and bedazzled. When middle school faculty members witness acts of kindness or compassion, they clip one of these special pins to a student's backpack as recognition. Students enjoy collecting the clips, while teachers find joy in rewarding positive behavior. This simple system creates a chain reaction that spreads and celebrates kindness throughout the school.

4,000 Kindness Clips will be sent to 20 middle schools in 2025 with the hopes of those middle schools paying it forward.
